400 g wholemeal pasta

200 g canned corn

6 eggs

30 g pine nuts

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Step 1
Drain the corn. Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, cook the eggs very gently, stirring. When they are scrambled but still very sparkling, pour in the corn kernels, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Brown the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Drain the pasta, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan cheese (if desired), basil and scatter the pine nuts.
