4 wheat tortillas

175 g feta cheese

1 eggplant

2 peppers (different colours)

2 tomatoes

1 pinch of salt

basil leaf

Olive oil

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces.
Step 3
Wash and cut the eggplant into strips. Brush the slices with oil and salt.
Step 4
Place the vegetables on an ovenproof baking sheet covered with baking paper and place in grill mode for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
5 minutes before the end of cooking, put the tortillas in the oven to warm them up.
Step 6
Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Step 7
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.

Finely chop the basil

Wrapping up wraps.

Arrange the wraps on a plate, garnish with vegetables, diced feta cheese and sprinkle with parsley. Close the wrap by folding the bottom and then both sides.
