Number of people

4 zucchini

450 g ground meat (beef, beef and pork)

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 bunch chopped parsley

1 teaspoon dried basil and oregano

2 red tomatoes, peeled and cut into quarters

150 g of bread

100 g grated parmesan cheese

Gruyère or grated Emmental cheese

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise, empty the inside and set aside.
Step 3
Cook the meat and mash it with a fork.
Step 4
Add parsley, onion, garlic and spices. Cook this mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 5
In another saucepan, melt the zucchini meat and tomatoes in 5 cl of water.
Step 6
When this mixture is well blended, add the meat, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Garnish the zucchini and sprinkle with cheese, place in a dish and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes (until they are well browned).

Serve with mashed potatoes.
