1 large box of flageolet
1 can peeled and crushed tomato
1 white onion
2 cloves of garlic
Thyme
Basil, cayenne pepper (optional)
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Sauté the minced onion in the hot olive oil, add the crushed garlic
Step 2
Add the can of tomatoes
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper and herbs
Step 4
Add green beans and flageolets
Step 5
let it return to medium heat for 15 minutes

Fast in the evening when returning from work, can also be made with fresh vegetables =)
