Beef carpaccio, tapenade and parmesan cheese

400 g beef carpaccio

4 tablespoons of green tapenade

3 tablespoons pine nuts

100 g Parmesan cheese

3 sprigs of basil

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 pinch of pepper

Dried tomato

Canned black olives in a natural state

Preparation: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the parmesan cheese into shavings using a peeler. Divide the beef carpaccio into 4 plates.
Step 2
Lightly coat the slices of tapenade beef (1 tablespoon per plate). Sprinkle with parmesan shavings, pine nuts and chopped basil leaves.
Step 3
Season with pepper, drizzle with olive oil and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Step 4
You can add dried tomatoes cut into small pieces and black olives in slices.
