Bouillabaisse

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 onions, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 large can of whole tomatoes

1 potato, diced

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 pinch of dried dill

250 g fish cut into pieces (fish of your choice)

250 g shrimp

500 g of cleaned mussels

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onions for 2 minutes. Add the garlic, mix well and sauté for another 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the tomatoes and mash them with a fork. Add the potato, basil, Worcestershire sauce and dill.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 min or until the potato is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom.
Step 4
Add the fish fillets and shrimps, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
Step 5
Add the mussels, cover and cook until the mussels are open.
Step 6
The dish is ready to be served.
