Breaded Camembert with a pistou sauce

Number of people

2 firm camemberts in wooden boxes

2 cloves of garlic of your choice

1 basil

2 tomatoes

3 olive oil

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
dig a small hole with a teaspoon at the top of the camemberts then put them in their wooden box at 200° for about 15min. Watch out for it!!!!!
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel your tomatoes, seed them and then cut out the coarser parts, store.
Step 3
Put a pinch of coarse salt in your pillon or food processor and then the basil leaves as well as a tomato and garlic add the oil in small quantities and work them until they have the texture of a pomade.
Step 4
add the rest of the tomatoes to your sauce.
Step 5
Take your cheese out of the oven and cover lzs with a thickness of sauce and put them back in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
serve them in a plate for 2 accompanied by arugula fresh bread, toasted and with the rest of the sauce!
