Brick with "antipastis" vegetables and mozzarella

Number of people

4 sheets of brick

125 g mozzarella cheese

8 artichoke hearts

4 dried tomatoes

1 pinch of basil

1 pinch garlic powder

1 pinch of powdered shallot

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Remove the grille.
Step 3
In the centre of each sheet of brick, arrange the ingredients as such:

- a quarter of mozzarella cut into cubes
Step 5
- 2 artichoke hearts each cut in half
Step 6
- 1 dried tomato cut into strips
Step 7
- 1 pinch of basil
Step 8
- 1 pinch garlic + 1 pinch shallot
Step 9
- salt + pepper
Step 10
Fold the brick in half, roll it up and fold the sides. Do the same for the other 3.
Step 11
Place the bricks on a sheet of parchment paper and place the rack in the oven.
I add my grain of salt
