1 half of fresh cassava

180 g canned tuna

200 g cottage cheese

1 tablespoon mustard

1 spoonful of olive oil

basil leaf

Pepper in mill

Salt

Step 1
Peel the cassava and grate it in a bowl.
Step 2
Crumble the tuna, add the cottage cheese, mustard and olive oil, and basil.
Step 3
Salt to your liking and especially pepper.

Author's note
Cassava is difficult to peel, try with a knife rather than a peeler.
