Chicken cake with yoghurt cake

1 plain yoghurt (the pot will be used to measure)

2 jars of flour

1/2 jar of oil

3 eggs

1 sachet of yeast

150 g chicken (or ham, bacon, etc...)

100 g grated cheese

2 tablespoons basil

Salt

Pepper



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 40 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the plain yoghurt with all the ingredients, finishing with the chicken cubes.
Step 3
Butter and flour a cake tin, pour in the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Check the cooking by planting the blade of a knife (it should come out dry). Unmould and let cool before cutting.
Author's note
It can be served with a salad to make a complete meal, or cut into small pieces for an aperitif.
