5 medium courgettes
2 tablespoons of old-fashioned mustard
2 tablespoons of fresh cream (normal or low-fat)
1 sprig of fresh or frozen chopped basil
1 drizzle of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Step 1
Wash the courgettes and cut them into slices (3 to 4 mm thick); there is no need to peel them or remove one skin out of two with a peeler.
Step 2
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet or large frying pan and add the courgettes to it to return 5 to 8 min, often shaking the pan so that they do not stick.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the mustard with the crème fraîche, salt, pepper and basil.
Step 4
When the zucchini is a little golden and the water has been returned, pour the contents of the mixture into the pan.
Step 5
Heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
