8 basil leaves

Cooking time: 3 min
Step 1
Shell the tails of raw langoustines.
Step 2
Cut the brick sheets into 8 pieces each (like cutting a pie). You get 16 triangles of brick.
Step 3
On each triangle, place 1 langoustine and 1 half basil leaf.
Step 4
Then, roll it while tightening slightly to form papillotes.
Step 5
Pierce each crust with a toothpick to hold them in place.
Step 6
Brown over high heat in a frying pan with olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes. The crispy langoustines must be golden brown.
Step 7
Serve with tartar sauce or pesto.
