Number of sandwiches

12 slices of wholemeal bread

6 slices of parma ham

18 basil leaves

18 dried tomato ears

400 g mozzarella cheese

50 g grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spread 6 slices of sandwich bread.
Step 3
Brush them with a thin layer of olive oil.
Step 4
Place 3 basil leaves, 3 mozzarella slices, 3 dried tomato ears, 1 slice of Parma ham and 1 slice of sandwich bread on each slice of sandwich bread in successive layers.
Step 5
Grate your remaining mozzarella and sprinkle it on each bite.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Toast in a preheated oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 20 minutes.
