600 g white fish (hake, cod...)

Olive oil

Pepper

Basil

Parsley

1 onion

1 shallot

Tabasco (optional)

Tomato sauce 200 g

Dry white wine

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
In a bowl mix the tomato sauce and herbs (about a large pinch of each).
Step 2
Mince the onion and shallot.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C th 6-7.
Step 4
In an oven dish place 1 sheet of aluminium foil in an oven dish.
Step 5
Put the paving stone in the center and start forming the papillote.
Step 6
Put 1 drizzle of olive oil, a little salt (a pinch), 3 tablespoons of the tomato and aromatic sauce mixture, a little onion and shallot (1/4 of the onion and shallot chopped), a drizzle of white wine, a few drops of tabasco (Optional and to be measured according to the "desire" of spice). Arrange 1 bay leaf and close the papillote.
Step 7
Repeat the operation for each of the remaining fish fillets.
Step 8
Baked for 20 minutes at 200°C th 6-7. Check the cooking by sticking a knife tip in the fish!
