250 g pasta (choice of pasta)

4 eggs

Olive oil

Basil

50 g grated Emmentaler

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water, in which you have added 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 10 to 15 minutes after boiling.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, cook the eggs in a pan.
Step 3
When the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse it, then put it in a high enough ovenproof dish. Take the eggs, cut around the yolk that you pour into the pasta, then cut the white into pieces and add it to the pasta.
Step 4
Mix well, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Rinse the basil and chop it coarsely and sprinkle it over the dish.
Step 5
Cover with a thick layer of cheese and bake in a hot oven.
