25 g butter

4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
100 g cooked and peeled shrimp

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Butter 4 ovenproof ramekins. Place 1 tablespoon of fresh cream and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce in each.
Step 3
Add the shrimp, salt, pepper and break 1 egg in each ramekin.
Step 4
Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place in a double boiler and bake in the oven at 200°C (thermostat 6-7) for 10 min.
