200 g feta cheese

Step 1
Mix the yoghurt and feta cheese.
Step 2
Add the cebette/ciboulette/onion cut into very small pieces (do not mix as it is too liquid afterwards).
Step 3
Pepper.
Step 4
Add the chopped herbs.
Step 5
This sauce is best prepared a little early.
Step 6
For a richer sauce, you can add a few spoons of mayonnaise or crème fraîche.
Step 7
Serve with vegetable sticks as an aperitif.

Very good with cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, etc.
