3 fillets of whiting

1 clove of garlic

1 bunch of fresh coriander

10 Thai basil leaves

1/2 teaspoon lemongrass purée

1/2 teaspoon combava ("kafir lime weaves")

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

15 g macadamia nuts

1 drizzle of olive oil

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Put all the ingredients (except the fish) in a blender, blend, spread on the whiting fillets and leave to rest in the fridge (1 hour is already good).
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6) convection air and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Author's note
It can be served with watercress potatoes for example (cut the potatoes + garlic or onion into small pieces, cook them in a water base with a little oil until they evaporate about 20 minutes then add the watercress previously mixed, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes).
