Fresh and light ham cake

Number of people

4 eggs

180 g flour

30 g cornstarch

125 g 0% cottage cheese

1 mozzarella ball at 30% MG

2 cloves of garlic

Basil or parsley to taste

1 sachet of yeast

125 g diced ham

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Mix mozzarella with garlic and parsley or basil.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the eggs, flour, cornstarch, yeast, cottage cheese, ham and mixed mozzarella cheese.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, according to your taste!
Step 4
Put the preparation in a buttered cake pan.
Step 5
You can bake in the oven at 190°, thermostat 6, for 35 minutes.
Author's note
This cake is fresh and with a minimum of calories. I serve it as an aperitif with a tomato smoothie. Ideal for summer tasting!
