Step 1
Heat a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Brown the chopped garlic in it. Add the sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Break the eggs on the tomatoes and cook until the whites are set. Sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper and serve.
