Garden pie with cherry tomatoes and ham

1 puff pastry dough

3 slices of white or smoked ham

250 g cherry tomato

2 cloves of garlic

100 g grated Gruyère cheese

4 whole eggs

20 cl of liquid cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

thyme sprig

1 pinch of oregano

basil sprig

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7). Peel and squeeze the garlic. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add the chopped herbs and olive oil. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Whip the eggs with the liquid cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 3
Line a pan with the puff pastry. Prick it with a fork. Sprinkle with ham cut into small pieces and then marinated tomatoes and grated Gruyère cheese.
Step 4
Cover with egg mixture.
Step 5
Put in the oven for 35 minutes.
