1 bunch of basil

2 cloves of garlic

3 l of moulds

3 tablespoons of thick cream

25 cl dry white table wine

1 half onion

1 half of salt

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Start by cleaning the moulds. A trick to avoid sand: after washing them, soak them in cold water and throw a handful of oatmeal, the mussels will spit out the sand while they are feeding.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and basil and put them in a casserole dish. Add the rest of the ingredients except the mussels and cream, including the coarsely chopped onion. (Be careful, the cream should only be added once the mussels are cooked).
Step 3
Bring to a boil, discard the mussels and cover. Once the mussels are open, remove from the heat (only a few minutes) and add the cream.
Step 4
Serve! Enjoy your meal!
