Gourmet blinis

Number of people

Blini (large sold in packs of 4)

8 slices of raw ham

2 scoops of mozzarella

2 tomatoes

Olive oil

Chopped basil


Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
On a baking sheet in the oven, put a sheet of aluminum foil and place the blinis on it.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into fairly thin slices (but not too thin).
Step 3
Spread them over the blinis.
Step 4
On the tomatoes, put 2 slices of raw ham per blini.
Step 5
Cut the mozzarella balls into slices and spread them over the blinis.
Step 6
Put a turn of the pepper mill on each slice of bread.
Step 7
Drizzle with olive oil and spread the basil over the toast.
Step 8
Bake in a hot oven (Th 7-210°C) for about 15 minutes.
Step 9
The sandwiches are ready when the mozzarella has melted but still remains very white (not transparent).
Author's note
It is a very distant version of the famous Italian bruschetta but which, with a green salad, makes a nice little meal for a Sunday evening.
