4 tomatoes

3 eggs

150 g of fresh cream

300 g green tagliatelle

300 g smoked salmon

1 scoop of mozzarella (125g)

Pepper and salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Sauté the onion cut into pieces.
Step 2
Cook the 4 tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute to remove the skin.
Step 3
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water.
Step 4
In another container, mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, onions, tomatoes cut into triangles and smoked salmon cut into strips.
Step 5
Drain the tagliatelle. Butter an oven dish, mix everything, season with pepper, salt lightly, add basil and cover the dish with sliced mozzarella cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).

You can replace the smoked salmon with smoked ham, it's also delicious.
