1 kg of courgette

300 g rice

3 eggs

100 g Parmesan cheese

1 bunch of basil

1 clove of garlic

2 onions cut into rings

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the courgettes into rings, steam them with garlic and onions, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook the rice. Mix the eggs and parmesan cheese.
Step 3
In a gratin dish, layer the rice and courgettes, finishing with the courgettes. Cover with the egg/parmesan mixture and basil.
Step 4
Cook for 30 minutes in a medium oven (180°C / thermostat 6), browning at the end of cooking.
