800 g green bean

200 g feta cheese

4 spring onions

60 g pine nuts

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon sherry vinegar

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Remove the stems and wash the green beans.
Step 2
Steam them for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Step 4
Clean and slice the onions.
Step 5
Dry grill the pine nuts.
Step 6
Rinse the basil and chop it.
Step 7
Mix in a bowl: vinegar, pressed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add green beans, feta cheese cubes, onions and pine nuts.
Step 9
Mix and serve fresh.
