4 salmon steaks
Fresh cream (thick or Isigny)
200 g frozen spinach (about)
50 g leek (approx.)
Olive oil (preferably AOC)
Soya
Basil

Step 1
If possible, marinate the salmon with olive oil for 4 hours.
Step 2
Place each block in the center of an aluminum foil.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Cover the pavé with fresh cream.
Step 5
Place the spinach on each side of the pavement, and the leeks at each end.
Step 6
Drizzle with soya and then basil.
Step 7
Close the papillotes.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 220°C (thermostat 8) for about 20 minutes.
Step 9
It is ready when the cream is melted and mixed with spinach and leeks.
