Green sea bream and zucchini curry

Number of people

1 red onion

2 medium courgettes

200 g sea bream

250 ml coconut milk

1 teaspoon of green curry paste

1 tablespoon of fish

1 tablespoon sugar

6 lime leaves

Thai basil leaf

2 tablespoons peanut oil

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
- Fry the onion with the oil in the pan until it is browned.
Step 2
- Then add the courgettes cut into cubes (not too thin)
Step 3
- Meanwhile, mix in a bowl the coconut milk, sugar, green curry paste, and fish sauce.
Step 4
- When the courgettes begin to colour, add the mixture and the lime leaves.
Step 5
- Simmer for about ten minutes.
Step 6
- Meanwhile, cut the sea bream fillet into squares (4 x 4 cm)
Step 7
- Add the fish squares with the basil leaves.
Step 8
- Let it cook for another 5 minutes, it's ready!
