1 roll of shortcrust pastry

1 green pepper (or yellow depending on taste)

2 onions

3 teaspoons of sugar

250 g tomato

5 artichoke hearts

100 g grated cheese

4 slices of goat cheese

Basil

Herbs of Provence, according to taste

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Start by browning the pepper cut into strips.
Step 2
Add the onions and sugar.
Step 3
Lightly caramelize the whole thing and set aside.
Step 4
Then brown the tomato flesh with basil and Provence herbs.
Step 5
In a pie pan, place the shortcrust pastry, and spread the tomato flesh (like a pizza), keep a few spoons.
Step 6
Add the pepper and onion mixture.
Step 7
Cut and divide the artichoke hearts.
Step 8
Now add the remaining spoonfuls of tomato meat.
Step 9
Finally, cover with grated cheese and add the 4 slices of goat cheese (for the final touch!)
Step 10
Bake in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 20 minutes.
