1 cauliflower

1 cube of beef broth

2 slices of smoked white ham

5 cl of skimmed milk

10 cl of cream with 15% fat

10 g salted butter

1 clove garlic, chopped

50 g Parmesan cheese

Pepper

Salt

Parsley

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Rinse and clean the cauliflower, cook it (20 minutes in boiling water with the broth rack) or steam it.
Step 2
When the cauliflower is cooked, tender, set aside.
Step 3
Make a sauce with the milk, then a little butter and cream, let cool and add the chopped garlic, salt, pepper and herbs. Simmer this sauce in a small saucepan, add the parmesan cheese and mix.
Step 4
Serve the slices of ham, cauliflower and hot or warm sauce.
