Hot/cold vegetarian crostinnis

Number of people

2 slices of country bread

2 tomatoes

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove of garlic


1 pinch of coarse salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and set them aside.
Step 2
Make the sauce: Cut the garlic into small pieces, mix with the basil, also cut into small pieces, then the pinch of coarse salt and olive oil. Book.
Step 3
Toast the bread slices well.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into thick slices.
Step 5
Place the slices on a plate and put them in the microwave oven for 30 seconds at maximum power.
Step 6
Put a slice of bread on a plate. Add the diced tomatoes, a large spoonful of sauce over the tomatoes and 2 or 3 slices of melted mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Repeat the operation for the other slice of bread.
Step 8
Eat immediately when the cheese and bread are still hot and the tomatoes fresh.
