100 g mozzarella cheese

100 g candied tomatoes

100 g flour

4 eggs

1 sachet of yeast

1 glass of dry white wine

2 tablespoons olive oil

Parsley

Basil

Chives

Pepper

Salt




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Mix the eggs with the oil and white wine.
Step 2
Add the flour, yeast, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the diced mozzarella, drained tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of each herb (frozen is easier).
Step 4
Pour everything into a buttered and floured mould.
Step 5
Bake (Th 7/210°C) for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Serve warm!

For an Italian evening, with this cake as an aperitif, you'll amaze them all!
