Number of people

4 hamburger buns

2 tomatoes

1 lettuce

4 slices of mozzarella cheese

7 slices of coppa or 7 slices of smoked grison meat

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 small handful of capers

Finely chopped basil

Herbs of Provence
For the vinaigrette:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon vinegar (preferably balsamic)

1/4 lemon

1 teaspoon mustard



Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Wash and spin the salad. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Step 2
In a non-stick frying pan, brown the coppa quickly (no need for grisons meat).
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the capers.
Step 4
Slightly toast the pais cut in half, then spread the bread halves with this preparation.
Step 5
Lay a chiffonade cut lettuce leaf, tomato slices, coppa or grey meat and mozzarella on top.
Step 6
Sprinkle with basil and herbes de provence. Cover with the other half of the bread quickly toasted.
Step 7
Combine all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl, add the salad and stir.
Step 8
Arrange a little salad on 4 plates. Put the hamburgers on top and serve immediately. Serve with the rest of the salad.
