1 farm chicken
100 g ricotta cheese
40 g grated parmesan cheese
40 g grated county cheese
1 egg
3 zucchini

2 onions
1 slice of sandwich bread
1 untreated lemon
50 g walnut kernel
4 tablespoons chopped parsley

4 tablespoons chopped basil
15 g butter
1 tablespoon of oil

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and onions finely, fry them in butter in a frying pan so that they do not return any more water.
Step 2
Grate the lemon zest.
Step 3
Mix the bread and nuts, work this dough with the cheeses, lemon zest, herbs and egg.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and add the courgettes and onions, which have dried out well.
Step 5
Season the chicken inside with salt and pepper and fill it with the stuffing.
Step 6
Stitch the opening together and place it in an ovenproof dish. Massage it with the oil, salt and pepper and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 7
Serve this chicken with fresh pasta or potato mats.
