Italian Tuna Mousse

1 can tuna (about 250 g) marinated in olive oil

2 tablespoons plain mayonnaise

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon olive oil concentrated with lemon

5 basil leaves

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Put the drained tuna in a bowl.
Step 2
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of moyonnaise.
Step 3
The more mayonnaise there is, the less pronounced the taste of the tuna will be.
Step 4
Crush everything with a fork.
Step 5
Add balsamic vinegar and concentrated olive oil (if not, add a dash of lemon juice). Be careful, the lemon being acid, this last one can take the upper hand on the tuna and thus denature it puts it.
Step 6
Finely chop the basil and add it to the preparation.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper at your convenience.
