1 package of lasagna, pre-cooked or not

1 frozen spinach, chopped

2 cloves of garlic

Parmesan cheese

2 scoops of mozzarella

Pine nuts

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Start by reheating the frozen spinach as indicated on the package.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare a buttered gratin dish. Dice the mozzarellas, finely chop the garlic and basil.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 4
Once these famous spinach are "cooked", salt and pepper them, add the mozzarella, parmesan cheese (set aside a little), pine nuts, garlic, basil and a little olive oil.
Step 5
Put a layer of lasagna at the bottom of your dish, then a layer of spinach mixture, and so on, I like having at least three layers... Finish with lasagna, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, a touch of olive oil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
