1 ready-made puff pastry dough
250 g mascarpone
1 bag of mozzarella cheese
4 bunch tomatoes
Pepper
Salt
Chopped basil
3 eggs

Step 1
Heat the dough (previously bored with a fork) until it turns golden brown, then remove it from the oven.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the Mascarpone, salt, pepper and basil (a good dose).
Step 3
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water to make it easier to peel. Cut the tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Place the tomatoes, mozzarella cheese in pieces on the bottom of the pie and coat with the mixture.
Step 5
Place in the oven thermostat 7-8 and wait 20-25 minutes.
