2 puff pastry pastries
250 g sausage meat
3 eggs
1 pinch of chives
1 pinch of basil
Salt

Step 1
Cut 10 cm diameter slices from the puff pastry.
Step 2
Mix 250 g of sausage meat with 2 eggs (1 egg for 125 g of sausage meat) and add a pinch of chives, a pinch of basil + salt and pepper. Mix all these ingredients well in a bowl.
Step 3
Place a small teaspoonful on the middle of the washer and fold down the other half: weld by pressing with a wet finger.
Step 4
Place the puff pastry on baking paper on the baking sheet and brown with egg yolk.
Step 5
Then bake in the preheated oven at 210 °C (thermostat 7) for 25 to 30 minutes.
