500 g pork/beef

2 slices of sandwich bread

400 g tomato puree

200 g sliced button mushrooms (a box is also suitable)

1 medium onion, minced

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

2 tablespoons chopped basil

2 tablespoons oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
In a large dish, mix the crumbled bread with basil, parsley, oregano, onion, tomato paste, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms and chopped mushrooms, then knead well.
Step 3
Place in a buttered cake pan and bake for about 1 hour at 200°C.
