Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Cut the courgette into very small cubes (make a julienne and slice finely). Put in a bowl, add the balsamic vinegar, mix and set aside in a cool place.
Step 2
In a bowl crumble the feta cheese, add the liquid cream and mix to obtain a creamy and smooth consistency.
Step 3
Stone the black olives, chop them finely and add them to the feta cheese. Add the basil. Mix and set aside in a cool place.
Step 4
Cut the dried tomatoes finely and set aside in a small bowl.
Step 5
Place a layer of zucchini at the bottom of each glass, then the feta olive mixture and finally add the dried tomatoes.
Step 6
Set aside in a cool place for about an hour.
Step 7
Before serving, cut the bread sticks in half and the ham slices lengthwise. Roll each half slice on the bread sticks and place them on the glasses.
Step 8
Serve very chilled.
Author's note
You can replace the ham breadsticks with parmesan tiles. I voluntarily choose not to salt the preparation because of the black olives.
I add my grain of salt
