600 g canned artichoke stock

100 g goat cheese (in logs)

200 g bacon (smoked or not)

Thyme (about 2 pinches)

basil leaf

Pepper

Olive oil



Preparation

Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Drain the artichoke bottoms and cut them in half then into small triangles. Put them in a non-stick frying pan with a dash of olive oil, add a little pepper and fry them for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the bacon and thyme. Let the bacon cook, then add the goat and basil and stir regularly.
Step 3
Remove from the heat when the goat is melted. Serve immediately.
