Old-fashioned mustard penne

1 can cherry tomato

600 g of penne

2 cloves of garlic

1 spoonful of olive oil

15 basil leaves

4 tablespoons of old-fashioned mustard

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the penne in boiling salted water as indicated on the package.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the finely chopped garlic in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, finely chopped basil leaves, and half a glass of water.
Step 4
Simmer 15 min until the tomatoes melt.
Step 5
At the end of cooking, add the mustard in the old-fashioned way, let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the cooked penne in the skillet to mix well with the sauce.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
