2 eggs

1 small can of tuna in its natural state, about 50 g

1 small can of tomato paste or tomato coulis

Basil

Pepper

Salt

1 clove of garlic

Olive oil

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Sauté the drained tuna in a small spoon of olive oil, with basil, salt, pepper, 1 clove of crushed garlic.
Step 2
Heat the tomato sauce separately.
Step 3
Add tuna to the sauce, simmer, adding basil if necessary.
Step 4
Beat the 2 eggs into an omelette, adding a teaspoon of milk to make it softer (optional).
Step 5
When the omelette starts to pour in the tuna, then fold back
