500 g pangasius

4 tomatoes

1 jar of capers

Seasonal!!! 
1 tablespoon dried basil

4 tablespoons white wine

2 scoops of mozzarella

Pepper

Salt



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 35 MIN
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
In a non-stick gratin dish, spread the tomatoes in slices and sprinkle them with drained capers and basil.
Step 2
Cover them with fish fillets.
Step 3
Sprinkle them with wine, salt, pepper, cover them with 2 balls of sliced mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Allow to brown, 15 to 20 min in a hot oven, at 210°C (thermostat 7).
