1 beef heart tomato (about 300g)
1 slice of feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Basil
Salt
Pepper

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Prepare a sheet of baking paper or aluminum foil.
Step 2
Cut the tomato in half, salt and put both halves of the tomato on the leaf.
Step 3
Place pieces of feta cheese on top of the tomato slices (cover the surface), season with pepper.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, add a few basil leaves.
Step 5
Close the foil tightly and put it in the oven for at least 30 minutes at 180°C.
Author's note
When I taste it, I put a dash of balsamic vinegar.
