250 g pasta (twisted)

250 g mascarpone

250 g smoked salmon

1 egg yolk

400 g mozzarella cheese in a block

1 pinch of basil


Preparation

Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven 10 min, in the gratin position, to 180°C (th 6).
Step 2
Pour the pasta into boiling water, and cook it for the time indicated on the package.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt the mascarpone, add the crumbled salmon, then the basil; all over a very low heat. Stop cooking and add the egg while stirring.
Step 4
Add the preparation to the previously drained pasta, then pour it into an ovenproof dish.
Step 5
Cut the mozzarella in 4, lengthwise, and place it on top.
Step 6
Now bake the desired time and serve!
