2 puff pastry pastries

250 g cherry tomato

150 g ricotta or fresh cheese

4 slices of country ham

2 tablespoons tapenade

10 basil leaves

1 beaten egg yolk

1 tablespoon olive oil

Pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180° (Th.6). Wash and remove the stems from the tomatoes. Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Mix the ricotta cheese, olive oil, tapenade, salt and pepper in a soup plate.
Step 2
Unroll the dough on the baking sheet. Cover it with the ham slices, spread a layer of ricotta cheese, add the basil leaves and sprinkle the whole cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Cover with the 2nd dough and pinch the edges well. Brush the top of the pie with egg yolk. Put in the oven for 20 min.
