Pizza with bacon, duck breasts, goat cheese

1 pizza dough

Olive oil


1 onion

150 g bacon

4 tablespoons of thick fresh cream

Basil or oregano

1 can of tomato sauce

60 g dried duck breast

150 fresh goat cheese

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Prepare the pizza dough as indicated on the box (put the flour in a bowl, make a well, put the yeast and 15 cl of hot water in the well as well as 3 tablespoons of olive oil, mix for 3 minutes then spread the dough in the oiled mould).
Step 2
In a frying pan fry the onions with the bacon, when they are cooked add the crème fraîche and basil, wait a few minutes and then remove from the heat.
Step 3
On the pizza dough spread the tomato sauce, put on top the slices of duck breasts (keep some for decoration). Then pour the preparation with the crème fraîche.
Step 4
Cut the goat cheese into shavings (they don't hold up well as they are fresh) and sprinkle them on the pizza. Add again a little basil and the few slices of duck breast and a few olives if you like.
Step 5
Place in the oven at 240 °C for 15 min.
