Pork terrine with spinach

750 g pork (any piece)
1 kg of sausage meat
200 g ham
200 g smoked bacon
2 eggs
500 g spinach

2 onions

2 cloves of garlic
Bard of bacon
1 bouquet garni

Savory and rosemary
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon four-spice

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 2 h
Step 1
Cook the spinach in boiling salted water for about 7-8 min.
Step 2
Drain and squeeze them well so that there is no more water left.
Step 3
Chop them up.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the pork meat, mix it with the sausage meat.
Step 5
Cut the ham and smoked breast into cubes.
Step 6
Slice the onions and garlic.
Step 7
Add these ingredients to the meat, add the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, cayenne, nutmeg and four spices.
Step 8
Also add the beaten eggs and mix well.
Step 9
Line a large bowl with bacon bards, pour the mixture into it and place in a water bath.
Step 10
Bake for 2 h 30 in the oven at 150°C (thermostat 5).
