1 roll of puff pastry

1 can of tomato paste

100 g grated Gruyère cheese

Pepper

Salt

Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Unroll the dough, spread the tomato paste, season with salt, pepper and herbs.
Step 2
Add the grated gruyère cheese.
Step 3
Roll the pâté on itself tightly, wrap in cling film and freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).
Step 5
Remove the dough from the freezer and cut into slices of about 1 cm.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 20 min.
